Eucacia Nursery is a wholesale supplier to our industry.
We extend our service and sell direct to the public with conditions.
Orders can be placed by email or phone between 8am and 3pm ,Monday to Friday and will normally be ready for pick up or delivery within 24 hours.
Pick-up time outside these hours can be arranged.
When ordering by email please provided a contact phone number as we may need to discuss your order while its being prepared.
We are unable to offer a retail service with detailed advice and we do not open for browsing. We must consider safety of staff and customers, OH&S legislation, Local Governemnt Planning Regulations, farm bio security, our insurer and our accountant when selling direct to public.
Suitability of plants for specific needs can be confirmed with our friendly staff.
Customers can inspect and make additions to orders from the nursery with a staff memeber when picking up orders.
Payment is required on all orders prior to dispatch.
All visits require prior arrangement.
We have no card facility, an ATM is avaialbe in the Yarragon Village.
We are located outside the township of Yarragon, Victoria. Approximately 1 hour east of Melbourne.

DELIVERY FEES, DISCOUNTS and CONDITIONS
We use specialist plant carriers for transporting live plants on regular runs to nurseries and commercial site.We offer FREE delivery to Melbourne Metro for orders over $500, conditions apply.
Melbourne Metro delivery - $3.50 per tray. Minimum fee $45.00.
Vic country delivery - $6.00 per tray. Minimum fee $80.00.
Private residential address incurs additional fee $130.00
Orders over $500.00 attract discount on delivery fees
Melbourne Metro. 100% discount. Free delivery.
Victorian country customers, 50% discount = $3.00 per tray, minimum $40.00.
Interstate transport fees on application.
Where applicable we will send plants by Australia Post.
P&H rates are $1.00 per tube for 5cm tubes, $2.00 per tube for 7cm tubes.
Further discounts may apply for customers trading withing our terms.
Eucacia Nursery Pty.Ltd. accepts no liability for damage to plants outside our nursery, any loss is deemed at the customers expense. We take no financial responsibility for any plants in transit.
The arrangement, engagement or payment for plant transport shall not incur or permit any cost to Eucacia Nursery Pty Ltd.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Varieties listed as 'Available' on this website vary in quantity, we generally do not list less than one tray available. We do not list varieties growing that will be avaialbe in the near future. Enquiries are welcomed.We have a large customer base with very different requirements, orders may require some confirmation of plant size and quality to insure what we supply is suitable for the intended purpose.
5cm tubes are supplied in trays acccording to species and transport.
'Seedling trays' - 42 tubes per tray OR 'Forestry trays' - 50 tubes per tray.
Trays for 5cm tubes are charged at $0.80 and $1.50 respectively. Additional charges may apply for orders less than 3 trays, partial trays with mixed varieties less than one tray. List prices exclude GST and may be subject to change without notice. Payment is required on all orders prior to dispatch. Credit account terms as negotiated.
Deposits required for contract grow and to secure stock in forward orders. Quotes are subject to deposits paid. Discounts applied to customers trading within our terms. Cancelled orders that have been picked or prepared in our nursery will attract re-stocking and admin fees. Interest becomes payable on ammounts overdue and outstanding over 30 days. Additioanl costs are incurred and may be charged to customers for delayed orders held in our nursery for extended periods beyond agreed timeframes. We understand circumstances outside of customers control and we take best care to maintain optimum plant health in delayed orders, however any loss is at the customers expense.
